• The audit must be redeemed and used within 6 months of purchase.

• Payment is required upfront to secure the audit booking and can be made in USD or GBP only.
   

• ME BRAND will contact the client to schedule a time to discuss the brand, explain the process, and set expectations.
   

• The audit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
   

• ME BRAND reserves the right to amend or cancel the offer at any time.
   

• All audit sessions are subject to availability. Once booked, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required to reschedule.
   

• Any additional services or consultations not included in the audit will be charged separately.
