REFER & EARN PROGRAM
TERMS & CONDITIONS
 

DEFINITIONS:
 

• Referrer: Refers to any individual or entity participating in the ME BRAND Refer and Earn Program by referring potential clients to ME BRAND in accordance with these terms and conditions.
   

• Referred Client: Refers to any individual or entity referred to ME BRAND by the referrer as a potential client for ME BRAND's services.
   

• Commission Fee: Refers to the monetary compensation of £150 GBP payable to the referrer upon successful referral of a client to ME BRAND, subject to the conditions outlined herein.
   

• Program: Refers to the ME BRAND Refer and Earn Program governed by these terms and conditions.
   

• ME BRAND: Refers to Dinky Ideas Limited, trading as ME BRAND, the provider of branding and design services, offering the Refer and Earn Program in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  
   

Thank you for participating in the ME BRAND Refer and Earn Program (the "Program"). By referring potential clients to ME BRAND, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Referral Commission:

   • Upon successful referral of a client to ME BRAND, you, the referrer, will be entitled to receive a commission fee of £150 GBP. This commission is subject to the referred client signing a contract with ME BRAND for their services.

   • The commission fee is non-negotiable and non-transferable.
      

2. Commission Payment:

   • ME BRAND will provide the referrer with a unique reference code and payment details via email.

   • The referrer must raise an invoice using the provided reference code to claim their commission fee.

   • Payments will be made to the referrer within 30 days after the referred client signs a contract with ME BRAND.

   • If the referrer is located in a country with a currency other than GBP, the commission fee will be converted to the local currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.
      

3. Commission Exclusions:

   • The commission fee does not carry over to any new project works requested by the referred client in the future. The commission is only applicable to the initial project or service for which the client was referred.
      

4. Eligibility:

   • To be eligible for the commission fee, the referrer must comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein.

   • ME BRAND reserves the right to disqualify any referrer from participating in the Program if fraudulent or unethical behaviour is suspected.
      

5. Modification and Termination:

   • ME BRAND reserves the right to modify or terminate the Refer and Earn Program at any time without prior notice.

   • In the event of modification or termination, any referrals made prior to the effective date of such changes will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of referral.
      

6. Limitation of Liability:

   • ME BRAND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Refer and Earn Program.

   • ME BRAND's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Program shall not exceed the total commission fees paid or payable to the referrer under the Program.
      

7. Governing Law:

   • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

   • Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
     
      

By participating in the ME BRAND Refer and Earn Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
